Our service philosophy translates to assurance that the DWD equipment and systems you purchase will be supported by a team of seasoned professionals. Our service team will be deployed to your worldwide sites when their services are needed. They bring the specialized skills, training and knowledge necessary to troubleshoot and service industrial and marine HVAC equipment.
Safety is an integral part of our culture, from shop operations to the installation, commissioning and maintenance of systems at your facilities. All DWD personnel are engaged in our behavioral-based safety management processes. In addition, our service personnel maintain the necessary training and certifications to be available immediately to meet your needs. At DWD it’s ‘cool’ to be safe.
The DWD field service team assigned to your project will commission a system in your fabricator’s yard. Subsequently, they will travel to meet the vessel or building at the dock or platform where they will help recommission it once the building modules are integrated into the vessel.
After shipyard commissioning, DWD’s service technicians will travel again to the final offshore destination where they will recommission the fully integrated system.
When fabrication is conducted overseas, DWD technicians will travel to the first site of commission and remain available for all recommissioning needs.
Our Service Department also will be happy to perform surveys to assess your needs and the need for replacement equipment.
A service team, dedicated to your account, will be made available for maintenance, either on a prescheduled basis or when needed. Additionally, you will have a dedicated DWD project management team with whom you can interface as frequently as needed.
