Prevention Downtime and Premature Failure

DWD recognizes our clients' concerns about the functionality of a system as well as its long-term durability. Our mechanical and electrical engineering capabilities enable us to design the proper system for your individual application. Providing for specific environmental and operational variables allows us to design a system that will prevent premature failure and downtime. During the fabrication or manufacturing of a system, particular care is devoted to the application of our proprietary specialized protective coatings that resist the rust and corrosion ensuing from saliferous atmospheric conditions and various chemical environments. Protective coating formulas also can be custom tailored to meet the particular requirements or extreme environmental conditions of each client's requirements or special location. This precaution ensures that our systems will tolerate and survive all potential corrosion problems.
